Your Estate Specialist - YES was established in 1997 by Benson Leow and Benny Chan who both have many years of experience in real estate.  It's subsidiary companies, YES Realty and Your Estate Specialist LLP (f.k.a Your Estate Specialist Pte Ltd) were set up in 1998, with the purpose of applying to be a Listed Housing Agency Scheme (LHAS) with HDB. With the introduction of the accreditation scheme to replace the Listed Housing Agency Scheme, Your Estate Specialist LLP is now an accredited agency known as SAEA Agency (35/2006)
